Connect defined product data requirements with source-side products, data sources, supporting evidence and responsibility relationships, organize controlled handover and support ongoing update and remediation.
EQCTRL does not replace any party in making statements or professional conclusions that legally or professionally remain that party’s responsibility.
International Customers, Importers and Economic Operators
Define product data or business requirements, clarify purpose, scope and acceptance conditions, and use information within their own responsibilities.
DPP and Product Data Service Providers
Provide DPP services, product data applications, interfaces or related infrastructure and establish structured handover with prepared source-side data and evidence.
Certification, Testing, LCA and Professional Bodies
Independently perform testing, assessment, calculation or verification within their respective professional scope and remain responsible for their professional results.

Provides Data Physics, Trust at Source, GTSE, reference architecture, methodological and related intellectual property support.
Bita Trust and EQCTRL maintain separate organizational and commercial responsibilities. Bita Trust does not undertake the day-to-day execution of individual EQCTRL customer projects.
