Projects and Partnerships
Start with a Real Product Data Delivery Requirement
EQCTRL projects do not begin with abstract technology or general platform construction. They begin with a real requirement already faced by a manufacturer.
The requirement may come from an international customer, importer, DPP platform, certification body, auditor or supply chain partner. The project objective is to create a product data output that can be delivered in practice, has clear responsibility and can be maintained over time.
Project and Partnership Areas
Every collaboration area supports the same business: source-side international product data delivery for manufacturers.
Manufacturer Delivery Projects
Complete source data preparation, evidence organization, disclosure boundaries and destination handoff for a defined product and requirement.
International Customer and Importer Requirement Alignment
Translate destination-side requirements into source-side tasks that Chinese manufacturers can understand and execute.
DPP and Industry Platform Interface Collaboration
Align required fields, formats, interfaces and verification conditions and complete source-side data handoff.
Certification, Testing and LCA Collaboration
Connect professional assessment results with the relevant products, models, batches and supporting evidence.
Supplier Data and Evidence Collaboration
Help manufacturers organize upstream material information, supplier declarations and ongoing update requirements.
Source-side International Product Data Delivery Project
A project should be based on a defined external requirement and an identifiable product. Typical project activities include:
- Confirming the recipient, intended purpose and delivery conditions;
- Defining the product, model, version, batch and applicable time period;
- Identifying authoritative sources in ERP, MES, PLM and other operational records;
- Organizing supplier documents, test materials, calculation bases and responsibility relationships;
- Defining public, purpose-specific and authorized-access data boundaries;
- Creating the actual delivery output and establishing update and reuse mechanisms.
A project does not require the default centralization of all underlying data, nor does data preparation replace enterprise compliance responsibility or professional certification.
Project Process
Every project progresses toward a practical delivery output.
Delivery Requirement Confirmation
Define the recipient, product, purpose, fields, evidence and timing requirements.
Product and Data Scope Confirmation
Confirm product hierarchy, version scope, internal systems and supplier dependencies.
Source Facts and Evidence Preparation
Complete data identification, evidence organization, responsibility confirmation and disclosure approval.
Destination Handoff
Complete the actual delivery using the agreed format, interface or digital representation.
Update and Reuse
Maintain the delivery output as products, evidence and external requirements change.
